The medical complex, the largest in the besieged enclave, has been under constant Israeli fire in recent days.<\/p>\n<p>Kidney dialysis patients at al-Shifa are in increasing peril as bombing and gunfire continue all around.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency and ambulance sources reported that three citizens were killed in air raids targeting two houses in the Nuseirat and Bureij refugee camps in the central Gaza Strip, according to the Wafa news agency.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sad-end-threat\">Trump\u2019s \u2018sad end\u2019 threat<\/h2>\n<p>United States President Donald Trump has given Hamas \u201cthree or four days\u201d to respond to his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/liveblog\/2025\/9\/30\/live-israel-kills-39-in-gaza-as-hamas-reviews-trumps-proposal-to-end-war\">Gaza<\/a>\u00a0ceasefire proposal, telling reporters that Israeli and Arab leaders had already accepted the plan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHamas is either going to be doing it or not, and if it\u2019s not, it\u2019s going to be a very sad end,\u201d Trump said at the White House on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s comments came a day after the White House <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aljazeera.com\/news\/2025\/9\/29\/heres-the-full-text-of-trumps-20-point-plan-to-end-israels-war-on-gaza\">released a 20-point document<\/a> that calls for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, the exchange of Israeli captives held by Hamas for Palestinians in Israeli prisons and a staged Israeli withdrawal from the Strip.<\/p>\n<p>Under the proposal, Hamas would be required to disarm, and the US would work with Arab and international partners to install a \u201ctemporary international stabilization force\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The plan also states that Hamas would play no role in governing Gaza. Its members would be offered amnesty if they committed to \u201cpeaceful coexistence\u201d, while those wishing to leave the enclave would be granted safe passage abroad.<\/p>\n<p>As Israel\u2019s assault on Gaza continues, Hamas\u2019s negotiating team has been studying Trump\u2019s plan, Qatar\u2019s Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The renewed push to end Israel\u2019s two-year war on Gaza comes as the Palestinian death toll has risen above 66,000 and the coastal enclave endures a horrifying humanitarian crisis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is no respite for Palestinians bombarded and forced to flee Gaza City under heavy Israeli bombardment.
