We don\u2019t want anything to do with Spain,\u201d the US president said.<\/p>\n<p>But Madrid projected defiance in the face of Washington\u2019s economic threat, reiterating its opposition to the war.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe world, Europe, and Spain have faced this critical moment before.
