Both sides have a long list of demands, including relating to the Strait of Hormuz, sanctions, war reparations, ballistic missiles and Iran\u2019s regional relations,\u201d Asadi said.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Trump said he was confident that Iran would negotiate, adding that the country would otherwise \u201csee problems\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbs.org\/newshour\/politics\/trump-tells-pbs-news-that-lots-of-bombs-start-going-off-if-iran-ceasefire-expires\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> PBS News on Monday that if the ceasefire expires without a deal, then \u201clots of bombs start going off\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWell, they\u2019re going to negotiate, and if they don\u2019t, they\u2019re going to see problems like they\u2019ve never seen before,\u201d Trump said in a phone call to the conservative radio programme the John Fredericks Show.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHopefully, they\u2019ll make a fair deal, and they\u2019ll build their country back up, but when they do it, they will not have a nuclear weapon,\u201d Trump said. \u201cWe can\u2019t allow that to happen, that could be the destruction of the world, and we\u2019re not going to let that happen.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The US and Iran trade threats as tensions escalate between the countries before their two-week ceasefire ends.
